Great place to stay. Has a security guard on duty at all times. The village looks like something out of a movie set. Everything is perfect. The scenery, the landscape, the buildings. All of it. Theu have a mile long clam shell walking path around the bay area with beaches. Lots of animal life around. Ducks and geese with babies are always swimming somewhere. Just a beautiful place for a nice relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay. Beautiful views and very nice community. The pool bar was the only drawback. Swarmed with flies and ownership was rude. More worried about hanging with his personal friends than taking care of customers needs. Even heard his berate his staff with a very arrogant tone. Walked around the place like he was too good for everyone.

This private island was fantastic!!! Upon arrival you have to cross a guarded checkpoint, they direct you where you need to go. A speed limit sign of 14mph is posted. After a couple days I asked one of the guards why 14, he knew but he didn’t give it up. Anyway, these privately owned houses are awesome. The walking path around was a bonus along with the private beaches, pool and waterfront bar. We were on canal side east and the only, I mean the only negative is all the duck poo. Made navigating a challenge. Take a flashlight at night. I saw they had a morning cross fit or total body workout in the center by the fountains. The market was a bonus. I highly recommend this place if you want quiet and want to feel safe.

This is a great small community that has everything on site. From Marusol's for a quick coffee or breakfast sandwich, to the Sunset Island Bar there is plenty to eat. Two small private beaches and one next to the pool that is a little larger. All appointed around rental houses and condos that have excellent accommodations for all size families. This is a relatively quiet, secure, friendly community that beckons you to come in and enjoy. This is my favorite spot I've ever stayed. And I've been coming to OC for over 40 years.

Very nice family friendly place. Beach is kept clean, pool gets crowded but that can't be helped. Island bar makes great drinks, food is good and there are attentive waiters/waitress' for everything you could want at the beach. It's a great place to make a family vacation feel relaxing for the parents as well as fun for the kids. Corner store has options to meet your last minute needs. Bring scooters for the kids, enjoy the splash pad. A short walk to other restaurants, mini golf, shopping. The place really has it all.

Very nice complex to stay at for vacation. Houses are beautiful. Stayed here 2 years in a row with a big group. First house was very clean and check in was super fast and easy. Second house had some food crumbs in the sink and one of the toilets was not flushed, still had pee in it. Check in was a little stressful the second time but besides that it's big and beautiful. Super comfortable and close to stores, bars and restaurants. Could consider staying again hoping it goes as good as the first time.
